Native to Williamson County, Rusty graduated from Fred J. Page High School in Franklin, TN. As a local business owner, he considers his qualified team at Kemp Outdoor Solutions family too: certified concrete contractors, paving stone specialists, landscape design professionals and internal office staff, all working together to bring the residents of Williamson County exceptional outdoor kitchens, masonry, pavers, patios and outdoor living.
